Does your company accept custom design order?
Yes, we do accept custom design order. If you company is
interested to import any items kindly send us the pictures &
dimension & we will let you know the wholesale prices.
What is your standard packing?
Our Standard packing consists of corrugated roll and air
bubble sheets for bigger items and corrugated boxes for
smaller items. We also pack as per the specification of our
clients. In such cases any additional cost such as special
corrugated corners, cartons etc. is borne by the clients.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an E-mail
confirmation if your order information included an e-mail
address. This usually happens within 3 - 4 weeks from the
time you placed your order.
Do you send samples for approval free of cost?
If any company is interested in any of our items, we do
send samples
for approval. We do not charge for the cost of sample, but
the transportation charges has to be paid by the buyer
itself.
What if I am interested in a product that I do not see on
the site?
If you are interested in a product that you cannot find

How can we place an order?
You can place your order by e-mail ,fax or call us at
Orders are accepted
on T.T Basis Or on L/C basis (Letter of Credit).
When the order is confirmed?
Orders are confirmed as soon as we received 50% advance
of the total value of consignment if on T.T basis, or else
if we confirm L/c at our bank if on L/c basis.
What are your shipping charges till Mumbai Port?
Shipping charges are already included in F.O.B. Mumbai
Prices, if Prices areEx. Factory then kindly: Add 1850 $ for
packing & forwarding charges for 20ft container. Add 2850 $
for packing & forwarding charges for 40ft container.
The above shipping charges includes all charges till Mumbai
Port for e.g.
packing & forwarding charges, fumigation, terminal handling
charges,
transportation etc. till Mumbai Port. For SPECIAL DISCOUNT
